Questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open the app and start. Pro is unlocked with a licence key you receive after purchase.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device, in your browser's storage. We never receive your properties, tenants or transactions. Use Settings → Download backup to keep a copy or move to another device.

How do I install it?

In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar. On iPhone, open it in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, choose Add to Home screen.

Is this tax advice?

No. Rent Ledger is a record-keeping tool. It organises your figures by Schedule E line; confirm your return with a tax professional.
